Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and wine in accordance with Porto Platanias standards.
• Provide personalised recommendations to guests, based on preferences and dining context.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and readiness of the bar area at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver intuitive, refined hospitality.
• Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and ensure proper storage practices.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in spoken Greek and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
