Ready Mix Production & Technical Supervisor

Overview

INTERBETON, part of TITAN Greece, has an exciting opportunity for a Ready-Mix Production & Technical Supervisor to join our team in Ioannina. The role reports directly to the Ready-Mix Operations Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to effectively manage the daily operations of the ready-mix unit, with a focus on safety, production, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily concrete production, scheduling, and planning, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and the prompt communication of any deviations.
• Supervise concrete operations at customer sites, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring efficient operational processes.
• Conduct field inspections and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations to maximize production and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times, ensuring compliance with company safety standards, policies, and development programs.
• Ensure that all employees and contractors on site comply with company standards, policies, and regulations regarding the safe and environmentally responsible production of high-quality concrete products.
• Develop, train, and motivate team members, fostering a productive working environment and achieving high levels of efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and routine machinery inspections, identifying potential issues and ensuring timely repairs to prevent breakdowns.
• Participate in the mechanical maintenance of equipment, ensuring that all necessary safety measures are followed by employees and contractors.
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure compliance with maintenance standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering from a recognized higher education institution.
• Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Previous experience in ready-mix concrete production is highly desirable.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while representing the company positively and professionally.
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fulfilled military obligations, where applicable.
