Baker Tilly Greece is launching its Graduate Program 2026, offering to recent graduates or students in their final year of studies, the opportunity to start their professional journey in a dynamic and international environment. The program is designed to help young professionals develop their skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow within Baker Tilly.

Successful candidates will join our Athens office in one of our core service lines and work with experienced professionals on projects for local and international clients.

  • Audit & Assurance Associate
  • Accounting Outsourcing Associate
  • Transactions Advisory Associate
  • Internal Audit & Risk Associate
  • IT Audit & Cybersecurity Associate
  • Tax Associate


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field will be considered an advantage
  • Willingness toward or completion of a professional qualification will be considered positively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and attention to details skills
  • A can-do mindset with ambitions to learn and deliver high- quality work
