Could you be the full-time Project Procurement Manager in Athens, Greece we’re looking for?
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll be a key contributor to ensuring that procurement strategies align with project objectives and drive success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including the Project Core Team, Site Procurement organizations, and Sub-System Managers), define and implement procurement strategies, and ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met. You'll also coordinate sourcing activities and oversee supplier performance, ensuring alignment with project goals.
You’ll specifically take care of defining the Project Procurement Management Plan and securing its implementation, but also ensuring compliance with legal and financial conditions.

- Defining and implementing the Project Procurement Strategy in alignment with QCD commitments
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies are shared, understood, and applied
- Coordinating and consolidating sourcing activities across the project
- Overseeing supplier performance and managing risks impacting the project
- Ensuring compliance with project-specific legal and financial requirements
- Building and managing the Material Work Package, including cost and risk assessments

- Master’s degree in purchasing, engineering, project management, or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in a technical field (e.g., Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality)
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge and drive improvement
- Structured and rigorous approach to problem-solving
- International mindset and fluency in English
