Marketing Specialist

About ALEF Group

ALEF Group is a leading ICT distributor and solutions provider operating across Europe. We're looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Specialist to drive day-to-day marketing activities locally, while staying aligned with group strategy.

This is primarily a hands-on, executive role - you'll be the one actually running marketing activities on the ground, not just planning them from a distance. There's room for project-based marketing work (events, campaigns), but the core of the role is operational delivery, process discipline, and administration.

The role is expected to allocate roughly 50% of time to the Greek market, with the remainder supporting other markets within the group as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute local marketing activities in the Greek branch, aligned with vendor and company objectives.


• Organize and manage events that strengthen relationships with business partners.


• Support the sales team across the full marketing mix: digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign execution.


• Manage the marketing budget and handle vendor marketing administration accurately, including claims and proof-of-performance documentation.


• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and budget utilization.


• Organize your own time effectively and plan efficient meetings with colleagues locally and across the international ALEF Group.


• Collaborate with and support other markets within the ALEF Group as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing, ideally in IT, distribution, or B2B.


• Strong affinity for processes and administration - comfortable with recurring documentation, reporting, and vendor compliance work.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to plan and run effective meetings independently.


• Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation, and social media platforms.


• Event management experience is must.


• Experience with vendor marketing processes and reporting is a big plus.


• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working within an international team.


• Fluent in English and Greek.
