GDS Auditing & Revenue Integrity Coordinator

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented GDS Auditing & Revenue Integrity Coordinator to join our Commercial team at SKY express. In this role, you will safeguard passenger revenue by monitoring GDS activity, ensuring compliance with fare and ticketing policies, preventing revenue leakage, and strengthening audit controls across indirect distribution channels. Through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement, you will contribute to revenue optimization and support the integrity of the airline’s commercial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor GDS bookings and ticketing activity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and investigate ticketing and pricing discrepancies.
• Support revenue protection through regular audits and control activities.
• Manage agency-related cases and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Reconcile sales data and resolve reporting inconsistencies.
• Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve commercial processes and controls.
• Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects.

• In-depth knowledge of GDS systems and airline pricing/ticketing logic.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Aviation, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in GDS auditing & revenue integrity, with strong knowledge of BSP/ARC processes and airline ticketing/pricing flows (incl. fare construction & ATPCO filing).
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written). Additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite).
