Job Title: Customs Assistant (Customs Clearance Department)

Location: Spata, Greece

If appointed, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient customs clearance of import, export, and transit shipments, contributing to high service delivery standards and smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Processing and managing customs clearance documentation accurately and efficiently
• Coordination of import, export, and transit clearance procedures with customs authorities
• Liaison with customs officers and departments to ensure timely resolution of operational issues
• Supporting air freight operations and internal departments (Sales, Operations, Accounts)
  
  

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for

• 2-3 years’ experience in customs clearance and/or import/export operations
• Knowledge of customs formalities and relevant regulations
• Intermediate level of English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing operational needs
• Effective teamwork and collaboration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
