We are looking for a motivated  WMS Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Participate in the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of WMS and logistics solutions.
• Analyze warehouse processes and customer requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Configure WMS functionalities according to customer operational needs.
• Support integrations with ERP and other third-party systems.
• Investigate and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues using system tools, logs, and SQL.
• Support customers and partners during testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production.
• Deliver training sessions to users and partner teams.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, support teams, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide feedback to Product and R&D teams to support continuous product improvement.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or business software solutions is an advantage.
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Familiarity with system integrations and technologies such as EDI, XML, or Web Services is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
• Customer-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and teamwork.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken.
