Logistics Manager

Role Purpose

The role has overall responsibility for Warehousing, Transportation & Distribution, After Sales Service and 3PL partnerships, through the Warehouse Manager, Transportation Manager and Service Manager.

This is a high-intensity, highly visible and hands-on leadership role. We are looking for a proven Logistics leader who will be actively present across the operation, close to the teams and fully engaged with the challenges of the day-to-day business.

The company is now preparing a major expansion and upgrade of its already extensive, modern and well-organized Logistics facilities. The successful candidate will play a leading role in shaping this next phase, including additional capacity, new infrastructure, warehouse buildings, equipment, systems and operating models.

The Profile

We are looking for a Logistics leader with:

• Significant senior management experience in a large, complex and high-volume organization.


• A proven track record in leading large operational teams through experienced managers.


• Experience gained within a leading industrial, retail, FMCG, distribution, e-commerce or multinational organization.


• Demonstrated ownership of operational performance, service levels, productivity and cost.


• Proven involvement in major warehouse expansion, infrastructure, equipment, automation or transformation projects.


• Strong experience in fully WMS-driven operations.


• A genuinely hands-on leadership style and a strong presence on the warehouse floor.


• Fluency in English and readiness to support the company’s international expansion.
