Corporate Consolidation Specialist

Role:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements


• Perform consolidation adjustments, including: Intercompany reconciliations, investment eliminations, foreign currency translations ,equity accounting entries, acquisition and disposal accounting


• Review and reconcile consolidated balances and disclosures


• Assist external auditors during annual audits


• Validate reporting packages and ensure compliance with group reporting requirements


• Support Group Finance and Management with ad hoc analyses


• Provide guidance to local finance teams on consolidation requirements and reporting standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience (or equivalent) in the field of Accounting & Finance


• CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification will be considered as an asset


• C2 level English required; German is a plus.


• Degree in finance and accounting (or equivalent) in the field of tax & management accounting


• Advanced computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
