What You Will Work On

Reporting to the Home Furnishing Designer Team Leaders of the Home Furnishing Interior Design & Visual Merchandising Department you are responsible and accountable to:

• Contribute to positioning IKEA as the first choice in home furnishing and a leading source of inspiration in the local market.

• Plan and implement up-to-date, seasonal and commercially relevant solutions across all store touchpoints.

• Ensure all Visual Merchandising and Interior Design activities support business goals, commercial calendars and company strategies.

• Drive improvements in customer experience (Pulse CX), Brand Pulse and overall store commerciality through effective planning and execution.

• Ensure compliance with all mandatory guidelines, procedures, communication standards, legal requirements, and Health & Safety regulations.

• Lead and coordinate teams during CBU implementations, ensuring plans and standards are executed correctly.

• Monitor and optimize operating costs and KPIs within the area of responsibility through efficient planning and follow-up.

• Propose innovative solutions aligned with the IKEA concept while demonstrating flexibility, agility and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Be part of the Construction Build up team for NEW stores

What You Bring

• Degree in Interior Design, Graphic Arts, Architecture, or a related design-based field

• 2-3 years solid experience working in a design related field, preferably in the retail sector

• Good command of Greek & English language

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Revit/ AutoCAD 2D/Outlook

• Team spirit

• Creative way of thinking, in correlation with commercial ability and aesthetics Customer and business focus

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Focus on detail, prioritization, good planning and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a great variety of different projects and strict deadlines and take initiatives to drive the work

• Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills

• Be a multitasker and Agile

Selection Process

As part of the selection process, candidates will be invited to complete a Revit & CAD skills test.
