Junior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities

• Record and process accounting transactions and financial documents.


• Reconcile bank accounts and cash balances.


• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.


• Issue, process, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation.


• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.


• Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory tax filings.


• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.


• Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and internal departments.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 0–2 years of accounting experience (internship experience is an advantage).


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SoftOne, Epsilon Net, Entersoft, SAP, or similar) is considered an asset.


• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
