Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and driving project success from initiation to completion. Finally, he is responsible for managing all capex projects, admin procedures and new investment

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.


• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration.


• Monitor project progress and performance against established objectives.


• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.


• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.


• Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure financial targets are met.


• Facilitate meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates.


• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.


• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may impact project delivery.


• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.


• Support and manage investment projects.


• Responsible for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test) & LTP (Long term plan)

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.


• Proven experience in project management.


• Excellent command of the English language


• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications


• Good knowledge of AutoCAD


• Knowledge of Atlantis will be considered a plus


• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
