Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Advisor in Athens, Greece | Hiring Now

We are recruiting fluent Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a leading European fintech and payments company at a modern international contact centre in Athens, Greece. This is a great opportunity for Portuguese speakers based in Athens or Greece who want to build a career in a multicultural, multilingual environment. What you'll do:

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, chat and/or email in Portuguese, with English as the working language
• Provide first-contact resolution and an excellent customer experience
• Accurately log interactions in the company's CRM system
• Work rotating shifts covering the operation's opening hours, Monday to Sunday What we're looking for:
• Native or C1-level fluency in Portuguese; good command of English
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection certificate (eligibility depends on final client requirements)
• Candidates based in Athens, Greece preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
