Bilingual Banking Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via telephone.


• Handle incoming customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions.


• Understand customer needs and ensure excellent service delivery.


• Inform customers about banking products and services.


• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.


• Provide support for digital banking products and services.


• Follow security procedures and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma.


• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).


• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.


• Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Team-oriented mindset and sense of responsibility.


• Results-driven attitude and willingness to learn.


• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, Monday through Sunday, in a 24/7 operation. Excellent communication skills.
