Legal Operations Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced self-employed Lawyer to team up with our Legal Operations team.

We have a highly motivated and talented team with strong experience and legal background. This is a profile position requiring interaction with all management levels across the organization. Reporting to the Head of Legal Operations, the role holder will be responsible for delivering strategic and effective solutions for distressed debt portfolios, supporting financial institutions and investors across the region.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide legal guidance and advice on the design and execution of NPL recovery strategies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and judicial procedures.
• Monitor portfolios under management and external legal partners with regards to adjudication and liquidation procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external legal partners.

Professional Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in law; Master’s degree or specialization in banking/financial law is a plus.
• Licensed to practice law.
• Eligibility for self-employment and working under service agreement.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal advisory roles, preferably in NPL, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency, enforcement procedures, and debt recovery.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent command of the MS office suite.
