Your main purpose
Support the Permitting & Asset Management team in monitoring and completing submissions, approvals, and follow-ups with external consultants, Architects of Record (AORs), and public authorities.
Collect, organize, and maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, licenses, technical files, and correspondence.
Maintain and update permitting trackers, action lists, and status reports, ensuring visibility on deadlines, pending actions, and responsible stakeholders.
Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders on missing documentation, submissions, and upcoming milestones.
Assist in the preparation, organization, and filing of permitting packages, authority submissions, and approval documentation.
Provide administrative and operational support, including document management, reporting, and occasional support with submissions, collections, or site/authority visits, always ensuring confidentiality.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, or a related field (or currently in progress).
Early career professional, with exposure to administrative, permitting, or construction-related roles.
Basic understanding of permitting procedures and regulatory processes; familiarity with Greek public authorities and digital platforms (e-Άδειες, EFKA, gov.gr) is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage, structure, and maintain documentation efficiently and accurately.
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn within a permitting and real estate/hotel development environment.
Good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in Greek (with good command of English)
