Digital Marketing Officer

This is an on-site position requiring excellent organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple marketing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, website pages, email campaigns, blogs, and other marketing materials.


• Manage the company's presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok.


• Plan and schedule social media content in line with the company's marketing objectives.


• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and audience growth.


• Update and maintain website content using WordPress.


• Assist with the creation and distribution of email and SMS marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, SMSGlobal, or similar.


• Design and edit basic visual and video content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, Canva, or similar software.


• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.


• Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines.


• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or a similar role.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


• Strong content writing and copywriting skills.


• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.


• Working knowledge of WordPress.


• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, Canva, or equivalent content creation tools.


• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and SMS marketing platforms such as SMSGlobal or similar.


• Strong organisational and time management skills.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.


• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
