Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our high-caliber Organization & Business Analysis team.

Role

You will have the opportunity to perform business analysis on process optimization requirements and submit proposals for new actions according to business needs. You will support the business in its effort for continuous improvement and cooperate with high professional teams across the company.

Key Accountabilities

• Support discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements
• Participate at the Operational Model design which is required for the implementation of projects, as well as the Transformation plan of the company
• Record requirements & compose BSD documents for the development of new implementations and / or optimization of existing ones
• Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes
• Create detailed reports, including KPIs
• Design process diagrams
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems (functional / performance related)

Professional Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields of Business/Product development/Project Management/ Business Analysis
• Knowledge of Retail Banking products and procedures
• Working knowledge of systems such as Qualco, Arotron, XF
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline. Master’s Degree will be considered as a plus
• Familiarity with SQL and RPA software will be considered as an asset
