Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Transformation Management team.

Role

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and safeguarding the completion of specific projects, while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. You will have the opportunity to visualize the entire projects and pull the team to go beyond the limits.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage change to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with internal customers to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Professional Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience with proven track record in project management in relevant fields of loan management, banking and /or consulting
• Experience in the banking sector will be considered as a competitive advantage
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Economics or related discipline is mandatory

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, from conception to delivery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
