CRM Administrator

INTERSPORT Athletics S.A., a member of the Fourlis Group and the exclusive franchisee of INTERSPORT in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to join our growing CRM team and support the execution and optimization multi-channel CRM campaigns

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to create data-driven customer journeys and automated communication strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize CRM & email marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Viber)
• Manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Ensure QA and accuracy across all communications
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and analytics teams
• Support lifecycle and retention strategies

Requirements:

• Preferred Degree: University, TEI, or IEK
• 1+ years of experience in CRM, Εmail Marketing or related field
• Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot etc.)
• Experience in campaign setup, segmentation & A/B testing
• Good understanding of customer journeys & lifecycle marketing
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage projects
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in e-commerce, loyalty programs, or subscription-based businesses
• Experience with marketing automation and reporting tools (e.g. BI)
• Familiarity with personalization strategies
