ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a Greek Leading Commercial Company in the Culture and Entertainment Sector, is looking for a skilled professional for the position of Junior HRBP to join their team.

Junior HRBP (6197/JHRBP/ESS/GR)

Requirements:

• Act as a key HR contact for employees and managers, supporting day-to-day HR operations and advisory needs
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding activities
• Support the execution and continuous improvement of performance management cycles and related HR processes
• Coordinate learning & development initiatives and support the identification of organizational training needs
• Contribute to employer branding and internal communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with company culture and values
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and corporate events
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including sensitive cases and conflict resolution, ensuring consistency and fairness
• Act as liaison with the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely data flow
• Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, company cars, mobile plans, etc.) and support continuous optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role
• Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Solid understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• High level of interpersonal sensitivity, discretion, and stakeholder management ability
