DTS Greece: Chief Financial Officer (m/f/d)

From hotel reservations and transfers to excursions and in-destination services – across our global network, guests rely on the DERTOUR DMC organisation as a trusted operational partner in international travel.

Our network comprises 21 Destination Management Companies (DMCs) with approximately 2,000 employees, operating from 71 offices across 31 destinations worldwide, serving around 4 million guests per year. Within this international travel ecosystem, stable and reliable operational systems are essential to ensure seamless service delivery.

DTS Greece is headquartered in Heraklion, Crete, and represents a key destination within the DERTOUR Group DMC portfolio.

Your Key Tasks

• Lead and develop the Finance Department with a hands-on leadership approach
• Prepare monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Greek GAAP
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Oversee cash flow, tax compliance, banking relationships and daily accounting operations
• Establish and enhance internal controls, risk management processes and financial governance
• Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to support business performance and decision-making
• Partner closely with the CEO, Group CFO and operational departments on strategic and operational matters

Your Profile

• 5–8 years of Finance or Accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
• Expertise in IFRS, Greek GAAP and international reporting environments
• Strong background in reporting, budgeting, controlling and KPI management
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Fluent Greek and English; German is a plus
• Advanced SAP and MS Office skills
