Manager Bid Management

Role:

• Lead and manage the bid process from initial assessment to submission, ensuring high-quality, competitive proposals.


• Lead a team with a focus on achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual targets for renewals and new business.


• Work closely with account management, technical, and delivery teams to develop winning bid strategies.


• Analyze bid requirements, coordinate responses, and create compelling pricing calculations and contribute to decision-making processes


• Manage bid timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely submission.


• Review and enhance bid content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.


• Maintain a repository of reusable bid content and templates to improve efficiency.


• Engage with external and internal stakeholders to gather insights and develop meaningful relationships

Requirements:

• 3+ years of previous working experience (or equivalent) in sales or Bid management


• C1 English


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and working in CRM systems.


• Strong understanding of IT service offerings, solutions, and business models.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and bid-related financial modeling.


• Exceptional communication skills.


• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.


• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an affinity for working with numbers.
