Manager Treasury

Role:

• Manage the scope and people development of the Treasury Team across multiple regions


• Design, implement, and optimize treasury processes and controls to ensure liquidity, cash visibility, and compliance


• Ensure accurate and timely execution of cash management, financing, and payment processes


• Monitor and analyze key treasury KPIs (e.g., cash flow, liquidity ratios) and report to senior management


• Identify and mitigate financial risks such as FX and interest rate exposure


• Cooperate with the Head of Finance to define the treasury function’s strategy and contribution to overall financial goals

Requirements:

• C1 English


• 3-5 years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance in an international environment


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CTP, ACT) is a plus


• Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and banking products


• Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)


• Advanced Excel / data-analysis skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage


• Strong numeracy and attention to detail


• Fluent English (B2 minimum); German as a language is a plus
