What You Will Enjoy Doing

• In this role you will act as senior HR Partner to the Managing Director, developing and implementing people strategy to drive business growth and cultural change
• You will establish transparent and visible leadership culture aligned with company objectives and serve as change agent, guiding and shaping organizational culture
• Also you will support HR issues in sub-regional countries, ensuring alignment and compliance
• Designing and deploying people strategy aligned with regional and business goals is part of your tasks
• Further, you will counsel management on organizational development and lead related interventions as well as represent the organization in labor negotiations and ensure compliance with employment laws
• You will lead investigations and resolution of personnel and industrial relations matters
• Additionally, you will drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development processes
• Defining and aligning HR policies, processes, and practices with regional standards and local regulations is part of your role
• You will oversee payroll and compensation processes, adapting to local market and legislation and manage HR budgeting, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives
• And you will lead HR reporting, analytics, and system improvements including SAPHRON enhancements
  
  

What Makes You Great

• You own a University degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA or EMBA preferred
• You have minimum 7 years of HR experience across various functions with at least 5 years in senior HR management
• You own strong knowledge of local labor laws, payroll, and HR tools
• Also you possess proven skills in process, project, and risk management
• You provide expertise in change management, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• You have excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Moreover, you are an experienced user of HR and business IT tools including Microsoft Office and SAP
• You possess the ability to lead and inspire teams while promoting company values and inclusive culture
