Logistics Supervisor

ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a well-established commercial company, is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join their team.

Logistics Supervisor (6196/LS/ESS/GR)

Requirements:

• Supervise the daily order flow from ERP to 3PL
• Ensure accurate transmission and timely execution of customer orders by the 3PL
• Monitor order processing and proactively resolve discrepancies and operational issues
• Coordinate with 3PL, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle operational exceptions such as delayed or missing shipments, including escalation management
• Manage the returns process and resolve shipment or delivery-related disputes
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across systems and warehouses
• Identify slow-moving or inactive stock and propose optimization actions (e.g. stock relocation between warehouses)
• Support the annual stock take process, ensuring coordination between internal teams and the 3PL
• Maintain operational reporting and provide insights on order flow, stock movement, and operational exceptions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with ERP systems (or strong willingness and ability to learn quickly)
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
