Product Manager

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking “Product Manager” to be part of our successful "Fixed & TV Product Marketing Team” for a fixed-term contract (maternity cover).

You have a challenging mission for:

Develop and implement commercial strategies while staying up to date on industry trends and the competition.

What will you do:

• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to drive product and commercial decisions.
• Manage project timelines for timely, cost-effective product delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with all teams on product development and customer experience (CeX) projects, ensuring commitment to delivery.
• Work with technology and procurement teams to establish the customer premises equipment (CPE) roadmap.
• Forecast and manage CPE needs, orders, and logistics.
• Develop and test alternative concepts while identifying growth opportunities.
• Partner with commercial and finance teams to create business cases, weighing risks and benefits.
• Support product marketing in prioritizing and developing the roadmap to achieve commercial goals.
• Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market plans and product changes.
• Lead the development of new products that better serve customer needs compared to competitors.

It would be great if you have:

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with telecom products and broadband technologies (WiFi, xDSL, Optical Networks)
• Passion for technology and customer experience
• Strong customer orientation and empathy
• Excellent time-management skills; adaptable under pressure
• Team player with collaborative mindset
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking
• Proficient in MS Office suite
