About the Role:

We are looking for a Maritime ERP Consultant to implement and support Fleetwork's cloud-based solutions for shipping companies worldwide. The role focuses on system implementation, configuration, data migration, testing, client training, and ongoing customer support.

As part of our Consulting team, you'll work closely with clients to understand their operational requirements, configure the system according to their needs, deliver training sessions and product demonstrations, and ensure a smooth implementation experience from onboarding through go-live.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, and delivering technology solutions that create real business value.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

· Configure and implement Fleetwork's maritime ERP solutions according to client requirements, including Planned Maintenance (PMS), Document Management, and Quality Management (HSQE) modules.

· Perform data population and validate imported vessel data, equipment structures, spare parts, maintenance jobs, planned maintenance schedules, document libraries, and quality management data where applicable.

· Execute system testing during implementations, upgrades, and new feature releases to ensure proper system functionality.

· Deliver client training sessions and product demonstrations, both onsite and remotely, ensuring effective system adoption.

· Support the onboarding and implementation of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the Fleetwork.

· Provide functional support and troubleshoot system-related issues during and after implementation.

· Create and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials.

· Work closely with the Development team to report issues, validate fixes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Shipping, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Basic knowledge of SQL.

· Experience implementing, supporting, or consulting on ERP solutions (maritime or other industries)

· Familiarity with software implementation and client training.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

· Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

· Exposure to maritime operations or vessel management.

· Knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance workflows.

· Experience with change management and user adoption.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
