As a Bartender, you play a crucial role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities extend beyond simply mixing drinks; you are a hospitality professional and a customer service expert.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve various beverages, from classic cocktails to custom creations, ensuring precision and quality in every pour.


• Maintain a deep knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and presentation techniques.


• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and making recommendations based on preferences.


• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, fostering positive interactions with guests.


• Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, including the proper handling of glassware and bar equipment.


• Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.


• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and coordinated service experience.


• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to the service of alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a bartender.


• Extensive knowledge of beverages, including industry trends and best practices.


• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


• A previous experience in Marriott hotels will be considered as an advantage.


• Fluent in English.
