Your main purpose
Support the Hotel Business Partner Manager by assisting with financial analysis, monitoring operational performance, and preparing reports and presentation materials for internal use.
Assist the Manager in coordinating with Budget Holders and Operational Teams by providing data, tracking performance, and preparing variance summaries.
Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts by gathering data, checking accuracy of inputs, and performing initial analytical work.
Support the month-end close process by comparing actual results to budget, identifying key variances, and preparing summary findings for the Manager.
Carry out preliminary financial and operational analysis to help the Manager identify risks, opportunities, and areas for corrective action.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis based on requests from the Manager, and help ensure smooth communication between Finance and Hotel Operations by supporting the Manager with day-to-day follow-up and information gathering.
What will you bring?
Business Economics University Degree.
2–4 years of professional experience in Big 4 Consulting, Transaction/Assurance Services, or in Financial Controlling/FP&A roles. Strong Analytical skills are required.
Understanding of Accounting, Tax and Finance Principles. Payroll knowledge will be considered as a plus.
Excellent Communication is required (Greek and English).
Advanced Excel And Power Point User Experience Is Required.
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
