At Ship Management Solutions S.A., we provide IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure support to maritime organizations, supporting both office and vessel environments. We are looking for a skilled Senior Systems & Network Administrator to join our growing team and help manage and improve our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and Linux environments.


• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure services.


• Support virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).


• Configure and maintain networking, VPNs, and security infrastructure.


• Manage firewall solutions (Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, WatchGuard).


• Support vessel and office IT systems, ensuring reliability and security.


• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and participate in infrastructure projects.


• Handle backups and recovery solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support.


• Strong Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure knowledge.


• Good Linux administration skills.


• Solid networking and cybersecurity knowledge.


• Experience with virtualization technologies.


• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.

Certifications (Strongly Preferred)

• Microsoft Certifications (Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365, Windows Server)


• Cisco CCNA / CCNP


• Fortinet, Sophos, or WatchGuard certifications


• LPIC, RHCSA, or RHCE
