NOC & 1st Level Support Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a NOC & 1st Level Support Engineer to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the initial monitoring and support of critical IT infrastructure across client environments, ensuring rapid incident response and effective communication.

We are looking for a technically skilled, detail-oriented, and service-minded professional who can contribute to the stability and performance of our customers' systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor customer environments using monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG).
• Handle alerts, incidents, and service requests via the company’s ticketing system.
• Conduct initial analysis and first-level troubleshooting.
• Escalate more complex issues to 2nd and 3rd level support teams as appropriate.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients.
• Adhere to internal operational procedures (SOPs) and accurately document all actions taken.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in a NOC, Helpdesk, or IT Support environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure: Windows Servers, networking principles, monitoring tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Problem-solving attitude and commitment to high-quality customer service.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (morning/evening/night).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, MTA, ITIL) will be considered an asset.
