Your main purpose
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and design documents, and develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BoQs) in line with project requirements.
Verify and validate quantities throughout design and construction phases, and ensure all measurement data is traceable and auditable.
Support the Commercial Senior Manager in preparing cost estimates and budgets by providing reliable quantity data, and assist in cost planning exercises by ensuring measurement accuracy and consistency.
Provide quantity-based input for feasibility studies and design development, and quantify and assess variations from a measurement perspective.
Provide supporting data for the evaluation of contractor claims, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Quantities, Variations, Measurement changes, and highlight discrepancies between drawings, specifications, and actual quantities.
Liaise with Design, Construction, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment of quantities with design intent and timely updates as designs evolve, and support final account preparation by verifying final quantities and ensuring all measurement-related changes are captured.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management, ideally in hotel or hospitality development.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Fluent English required.
Greek and/or Spanish preferred.
