Sales Engineer – Marine

Role Summary

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in the marine industry.


• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with shipyards and shipping companies in Greece and internationally.


• Provide technical consultation and support to customers regarding product and system applications.


• Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and approaching new clients to negotiation and closing deals.


• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the maritime sector.


• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.


• Collaborate with the Sales Costing Engineering Team to prepare, present, and negotiate technical and commercial proposals.


• Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within the marine/shipping industryor a related technical field.


• Degree in Engineering or relevant technical background.


• Strong understanding of marine system requirements.


• Ability to communicate complex technical information in both technical and commercial contexts.


• Strong negotiation, client development, and project management skills.


• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.


• Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage).


• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
