About The Role

Do you live and breathe sports and enjoy creating engaging video content both behind the camera and in the editing room?

At Better Collective, we’re looking for a hands-on and passionate Video Producer / Editor to join the team behind Betarades.gr in Thessaloniki .

This is a production-focused role, with on-site video shoots taking place almost every day. You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating cameras, audio and studio equipment, while also editing content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other digital platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Setting up and operating cameras, lighting, microphones and other studio production equipment.
• Taking part in frequent on-site shoots, including studio productions, interviews, sports shows and social media content.
• Recording high-quality video and audio while ensuring the technical setup is correct throughout each production.
• Editing sports-driven content primarily using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Creating fast-paced and engaging Shorts, Reels and TikTok videos.
• Editing longer-form YouTube videos, interviews, shows and other branded content.
• Managing projects through the full production process, from equipment setup and filming to editing and final delivery.
• Working closely with presenters, producers, videographers and the wider creative team.
• Contributing ideas and creative input for new video formats and social media content.
  
  

What we're looking for

You’re The Right Fit If You

• Have strong practical knowledge of cameras, lighting, microphones and studio equipment.
• Feel comfortable setting up and managing a complete video production independently.
• Understand video and audio recording fundamentals, including exposure, frame rates, lighting and sound levels.
• Have very good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Have experience creating modern, engaging Shorts, Reels and TikTok content.
• Understand pacing, storytelling, hooks and audience retention for social media videos.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment with frequent shoots and tight deadlines.
• Have an interest in football, basketball and sports content in general.
• Are familiar with current YouTube, TikTok and Instagram content trends.
• Are organised, collaborative and comfortable working as part of an on-site production team.
  
  

Nice to have

The following skills would be considered an advantage, but are not required:

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation or compositing.
• Basic knowledge of colour correction and sound design.
• Experience creating thumbnails or other supporting graphics for YouTube and social media.

This is a hybrid role based in Thessaloniki, Greece . Due to the production-focused nature of the position and the frequency of studio and on-site shoots, candidates must be able to work regularly from our Thessaloniki facilities. Work-from-home may be available on selected days, depending on the production schedule and the needs of the team. Interested?
