Production Planner

The company operates with a fully integrated ERP system covering the entire workflow, from quotation to costing. Due to the customized nature of its projects, which involve multiple production stages, we are looking for a dynamic professional who can effectively manage and continuously adjust the production schedule based on daily operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Planner will:

• Coordinate activities between Production, Sales, and Procurement.


• Continuously adjust production schedules based on operational changes and priorities.


• Monitor machine capacity, workloads, and production stages.


• Identify production bottlenecks and implement actions to prevent delays.


• Utilize ERP systems and Excel to analyze data and support decision-making.


• Set realistic yet challenging production targets while ensuring on-time delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).


• Experience working with ERP systems.


• Experience in production planning and scheduling.


• Ability to anticipate operational changes and adapt production plans accordingly.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.


• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with engineer-to-order (ETO) or customized production.


• Knowledge of production costing principles.
