Mechanical Engineer

Our services span project and construction management, infrastructure planning and design, technical consultancy and digital solutions, working with public authorities, international institutions and private clients across all phases of project delivery.

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our consulting team, supporting the maintenance, operation and technical supervision of mechanical and electromechanical (MEP) installations in building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the maintenance and operation of mechanical and electromechanical (MEP) systems, ensuring their efficient and reliable performance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and other building mechanical systems.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation and condition assessment reports.
• Review maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and clients to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Support the inspection, testing and commissioning of mechanical installations when required.
• Participate in site inspections, technical meetings and project coordination activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and asset management practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the maintenance, operation or technical supervision of mechanical and electromechanical (MEP) installations.
• Experience with building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection installations.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Greek regulations and relevant technical standards.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
