Bally’s Intralot is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support procurement activities, vendor management, and supply chain operations across multiple categories in a dynamic, international environment.

You'll be responsible for:

• Manage the full lifecycle of procurement contracts, from creation and negotiation to execution and completion.
• Participate in vendor negotiations, secure competitive pricing and favorable terms, and identify new suppliers.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to support sourcing decisions and optimize procurement activities.
• Coordinate procurement processes and plans with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines in line with contract terms and operational requirements.
• Track procurement activities and contribute to cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across assigned categories.
• Contribute to the development and execution of procurement strategies aimed at maximizing efficiency and achieving cost savings.
• Prepare and support procurement-related reporting, including supplier performance, spend analysis, and operational insights.
• Support procurement activities across additional indirect services and categories based on evolving business needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management, ideally within IT or Telecom industries.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office tools; SAP or ERP system experience is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally when required.
