Cooks A’, B’, C’

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, cooking, and presentation of food according to the resort’s recipes and standards.
• Portioning, cutting, and ensuring proper storage and quality control of ingredients.
• Correct use of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Monitoring and ensuring the correct temperature of prepared dishes.
• Ensuring accurate portioning, plating, and garnish presentation.
• Compliance with Food Hygiene & Safety regulations.
• Participation in maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen according to guidelines.
• Collaborating with the Chef and the rest of the kitchen team with a spirit of teamwork.
• Proper completion and maintenance of HACCP forms and work instructions.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Previous experience in a similar position is desirable (experience in 4* or 5* hotels will be considered an asset).
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
• Previous experience as a cook is preferred.
• Professional diploma from a recognized culinary school.
• Excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion for culinary arts.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
