CHEMCE S.A. (TSOLAKOS – FLEXOSIGN), with 55 years in the graphic arts sector as the exclusive representative of leading international raw-material manufacturers, is seeking a Procurement & Planning Specialist for its headquarters in Acharnes (Leoforos Ionias), Athens.

You'll be the key link between our international suppliers and our Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting teams — owning purchasing and imports end-to-end and planning orders from ERP data. It's a modern procurement function that already runs on SoftOne ERP with AI-assisted forecasting.

What you'll do

Procurement & imports

• Issue and monitor Purchase Orders to international suppliers, from confirmation to delivery


• Coordinate shipments, international transport, and customs clearance with forwarders and brokers


• Review and manage import documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)


• Negotiate prices and commercial terms for the best cost-to-value ratio

Planning & ordering (from ERP data)

• Analyze ERP data (stock levels, consumption history, lead times) to plan future orders


• Set and monitor reorder points and safety-stock levels


• Forecast needs from the production and sales schedule — availability without overstocking

Cross-departmental coordination

• Work daily with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting


• Drive continuous improvement of procurement and planning processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field — or equivalent experience


• 2–3 years and more in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Import Operations


• Excellent command of English, written and spoken (daily work with international suppliers)


• Very good Excel; comfortable working with ERP data


• Strong organization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and negotiation skills

Considered an asset (not required)

• Experience with SoftOne / Soft1 ERP


• Import/export trade, freight forwarding, or customs experience


• Procurement/supply-chain certification (e.g., CIPS, APICS CPIM/CSCP)


• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and forecasting
