The opportunity

As Warehouse Support Services Associate, you will be a member of the Warehouse Support Services Department located at Mandra Distribution Center. You will assist in the optimization, organization and execution of daily management warehouse functions. The role requires the ability to collect, analyze and manage data related to all Departments of the Warehouse.

What you will focus on

• Perform, collect and analyze data for Warehouse projects.
• Create and update reports, ensuring accuracy and validity of the information
• Monitors KPI's.
• Create and update reports using Power BI or similar data management and visualization tools.
• Create, update and maintain databases.
• Cooperate closely with Business Managers, providing consultation and coordinating multiple tasks.
• Develop the necessary Project Management plans.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration or relevant field. Master's degree will be considered as an asset.
• 1-3 years of proven working experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), WMS, TMS, SAP.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret numerical data.
• Very good command of the Greek & English language both verbal & oral.
