Programme Manager Greece
Sistech
Πλήρης απασχόλησηAbout Sistech
Programme management in most organisations means keeping things on track. At Sistech, it determines whether uprooted and displaced women access qualified tech jobs and build sustainable livelihoods in their host communities. Since 2017, we've supported 980 women across France, Italy, and Greece, with 70% achieving positive outcomes (employment or advanced training placements). We're now scaling toward 1% of refugee women of working age in Europe in tech jobs by 2033.
We're looking for a Programme Manager - Freelance - in Greece.
You'll deliver our programme to the autumn cohort, facilitate weekly sessions, and support Fellows in their career transition. You'll work in a duo structure with another Programme Manager who focuses on community management (volunteers, Alumnae, partner engagement). While they animate the Sistech community ecosystem, you will lead programme design and curriculum delivery.
This role is for someone who thrives in small, agile teams; uses data and feedback to continuously improve; believes refugee women deserve access to qualified tech careers; and embodies empathy, ownership, and collaboration in action. If you want your work to have a direct line to real outcomes for real people, and you're ready to bring both rigour and humanity to that work, this is the role.
Why join?
- Direct impact on sustainable employment outcomes.
- Innovation space with AI, new tools and creative approaches to social inclusion.
- Collaborative culture across three countries.
- Be part of a European organization working towards 11,000 refugee women in tech jobs by 2033.

Data Management, Quality Standards & Cross-team Collaboration
- Track and maintain accurate programme data (participation, outcomes, feedback, partnerships) using designated tools
- Ensure compliance with data standards and contribute programme data for impact measurement and funder reporting

- Participate in team workshops and retrospectives; identify operational priorities, and embody Sistech values
