About The Role

We are looking for a native Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team remotely. This position is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in Greece. You will be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing professional support and a high-quality service experience across our key communication channels (phone, email, chat).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Dutch customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Provide support and resolve issues related to products/services
• Ensure a positive customer experience in line with company quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
