Operations Manager

Sunfabrics is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager with strong leadership abilities, commercial awareness, and a proven track record in multi unit operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all the day to day operations ,both to the office and also to the production departments, and make changes where needed
• Implement action plans to improve operational and financial performance
• Ensure that company standards for quality, service, codes of ethics are consistently maintained
• Drive profitability, and operational efficiency
• Lead, coach and support teams
• Undertake the recruitment of new employees
• Analyze and monitor all costs and expenses and provide operational everyday reports to ceo
• Support the implementation of new initiatives, processes, and business improvement projects

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations Management, Area Management, Multi Unit Management, or a similar leadership role
• Proven experience managing multiple departments simultaneously
• Strong understanding of operations, profitability, budgeting, and KPI management
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Strong analytical, organisational, and decision making abilities
• Experience in workforce planning, labour management, and operational controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Greek and English
