The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our in‑house recruitment team. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role, ideal for a professional with strong technical recruitment exposure, experience in fast‑paced environments, and the ability to act as a trusted partner to hiring managers.

The role requires ownership of complex hiring processes, proactive sourcing, and the flexibility to support multiple business units and functions within the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical and business roles (engineering, software, AI, R&D, business development, corporate functions)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and drive effective hiring strategies
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, and market mapping techniques
• Leverage experience from fast-paced environments to deliver speed, quality, and strong candidate engagement
• Lead candidate screening, interviews, coordination, and offer management
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and recruitment priorities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and reporting
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns when needed

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Recruiter, ideally within technology‑driven or engineering environments
• Prior experience in a recruitment agency or high‑volume / fast‑paced hiring setting is strongly preferred
• Strong hands‑on background in technical recruitment (software, engineering, IT, AI, or related fields)
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal
• High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience with ATS systems and digital recruitment tools
