Neuraxpharm is looking for a Commercial Excellence & Demand Planning Specialist based in Greece

(hybrid role)

Your Mission

This position drives commercial performance through demand planning, commercial excellence, business analytics and operational coordination activities. The role supports informed decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights while ensuring product availability and effective execution of commercial and supply initiatives.

Your Major Accountabilities

Demand Planning & Supply Coordination

• Develop local demand forecasts
• Monitor inventory levels and supply performance
• Coordinate with regional supply teams
• Monitor product availability
• Support returns, destruction and inventory management processes
• Participate in monthly S&OP activities.
  

Commercial Excellence

• Support Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives
• Maintain customer and market databases
• Support territory alignment and targeting activities
• Develop and maintain commercial KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Business Analytics & Reporting

Ownership of IQVIA reporting and analysis

Preparation of monthly business reviews

Commercial performance reporting

Sales trend analysis

Forecast versus actual performance analysis

Development of dashboards and management reports.

Product Launch Excellence

• Support launch planning activities
• Monitor launch readiness metrics
• Coordinate internal launch preparation activities
• Track post-launch performance indicators
• Agreement & Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate lifecycle management of HCP agreements
• Support vendor and service agreements
• Maintain agreement records and documentation
• Support approval workflows and signature collection
• Ensure document archive completeness and compliance readiness.
  
  
  

We Would Like You To Have

• + 3 years of experience in commercial operations, demand planning, sales support, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience working with commercial contracts, suppliers, and operational processes.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
