The Role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to support the delivery of Hybrid Cloud and Data Transformation initiatives. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders, tracking progress, and supporting the implementation of remediation actions and technology improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT project management or coordination roles, strong organizational and analytical skills, and an interest in working on technology transformation, governance, and compliance-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of IT projects related to Hybrid Cloud, Data Transformation, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across technical and business teams.
• Monitor project progress, track risks, issues, dependencies, and support the implementation of mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of agreed activities.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, presentations, and progress updates.
• Support governance activities, including tracking action items and maintaining project documentation.
• Review and analyze project-related materials, including contracts, policies, procedures, training documentation, and other deliverables.
• Assist in validating the completion of remediation activities and ensuring project objectives are achieved
  
  

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, PMO, or technology delivery roles.
• Experience supporting or managing IT projects within a structured environment.
• Good understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with technical and business documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

• Experience with Hybrid Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure transformation projects.
• Exposure to governance, risk management, compliance, or remediation initiatives.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
