Customer Service Specialist

Tasks:
• complex processing of incoming orders
• verification of the availability of the goods
• confirmation of delivery dates
• issuing the invoices
• verification of the cash flow
• debt collection responsibilities
• cooperation with the Logistic Department
• maintaining high quality customer service
• creating a positive image of the company

Expectations:
• 3 years of experience in the customer service
• experience with invoicing programs(ex. Soft One)
• Greek as native speaker, fluent English for internal communication
• good working knowledge of MS Excel
• diligence and commitment
• communication skills
• good prioritisation of workload, regularity, meticulousness, punctuality
