Your Responsibilities

Depending on the position that best matches your profile, your main responsibilities may include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.


• Providing technical assistance and helping users resolve their issues.


• Communicating with customers by phone, chat, or email.


• Analyzing, reviewing, and categorizing content or data as part of Generative AI-related projects.


• Identifying users’ needs and ensuring a high level of service and follow-up.


• Contributing to the continuous improvement of services through your feedback and expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent or native-level Dutch.


• B2/C1 level of English (internal communication is conducted in English).


• Excellent communication skills.


• Comfortable using digital tools and working in technology-driven environments.


• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach.


• A strong desire to learn, grow, and work in an international environment.


• Previous experience in customer service, sales, technology, or a digital environment is a plus, but junior candidates are also welcome depending on the available opportunities.
